Elinor Klapp-Phipps Park

03 July 2016

670 acres, oh man.

I have been wanting to check out this park forever and I finally did!! Elinor Klapp-Phipps is huge, with multiple entrances and even a soccer facility. Go Tallahassee.

I parked at Gate B and walked along parts of the shared use trails for three miles. I was afraid with so many trails that they would not be well kept, however I was completely wrong. The shared use trail was really well-kept and wide. I even got to see a cute little baby deer along the way.

This is a park I hope to visit many more times before I leave Tallahassee because of the abundance of trails. Reminder: bring lots of water because it is summer in Florida and hydration is the key to happiness.
