Tom Brown Park

23 January 2016

On this particular day it was very cold and windy, so I decided to go on a nice stroll in the park. It could easily be said this is the most well-known city park in Tallahassee.

The park borders upon Lafayette Heritage Trail Park and JR Alford Greenway, having shared trails with the former. This park is extremely popular among the community for its humongous size and varying resources (sports fields, trails, picnic areas, etc.).

I quite enjoyed the park, despite the undesirable weather. My friend and I completed the paved trail along with parts of the non-paved trails.

Tip: Rain jackets basically double as a windbreaker. Layer one over a jacket for maximum warmth on a windy day!
